Public Funding

Lawrence Davies & Co as a firm is fully committed to publicly funded work. Our predecessor was one of the first firms to be granted a franchise with the Legal Services Commission (formerly The Legal Aid Board).

Our contract with the Legal Services Commission is our guarantee of the quality of the legally aided work which we do.

We have public funding franchises in the following areas:

Family and Crime.

In emergency situations, we are able to grant public funding to our clients where the circumstances allow.
