Criminal Law

We offer advice and representation on all aspects of criminal proceedings ranging from traffic offences to very serious indictable offences such as robbery, rape and murder. We will represent you from the police station through to trial. We operate an emergency out of hours telephone number which means that if you are arrested we can be contacted to attend at the Police Station.


If You are Arrested

We can provide prompt help and advice at the police station on a 24 hour basis. This is completely free of charge.

Court Cases

We defend cases in the Magistrates Court and Crown Court, from traffic offences to serious crime.

Our solicitors are experienced at representing clients in court. We can also call upon experienced and able barristers.


Legal Aid

Legal aid is often available for representation at court. If not, we offer a flexible arrangement for our fees, very much dependant on individual circumstances.

We hold a contract in criminal law with the Legal Services Commission.


Fixed Fee Services

We offer an initial 30 minutes consultation for a fixed fee of £50.
